TrueView gives MLL’s customers the ability to interact with network incidents via the web, in real-time. In turn, this means that MLL’s customers pass on the advantages of speed, accuracy and efficiency of dealing with network issues to their own end users.
Kenny Kamal, Chief Technology Officer of MLL Telecom, said: “Just as we were the first people to deliver an SLA enforced availability on our wireless services, MLL is the first company of its kind in the UK to offer this type of customer management facility.”
TrueView takes it place alongside other specialised tools in MLL’s Customer Management Centre, itself distinctive in this market, and is now a fundamental part of MLL Telecom’s 24x7 fully managed service, which offers link availabilities up to 99.999%.
“This capability has been driven by our customers,” commented Chris Janes, Service Assurance Director for MLL Telecom. Chris continued: “They wanted the ability to have a dynamic view of all open incidents, online, displayed in their own help-desk environments, so that they could correlate end-user difficulties with their live network issues.”
